If you want to try a Muay Thai Kickboxing class please choose a basic class if it is listed.

What should you expect?
Except for Muay Thai Kickboxing classes which may be divided in basic and advanced, all classes will have a mix of students in skill and gender. Some students are just starting out while others train for a while. Most beginners enjoy to train with more experienced students at first since they can help you out a lot and answer many of your questions. Our training is focused on techniques and we do not tolerate students that cannot control their ego.

Please note that we have many local law enforcement members training with us and that we may ask you for a criminal record check if you are nineteen or older and we think it is nessecary. We do not accept gang members, drug or steriod users as students in our club.

How to get ready for class:
Bring lots of water or other fluids your body is used to and do not eat any heavy meals or junk food within two hours of any class. For the Muay Thai Kickboxing classes wear comfortable light clothes like shorts and a T-shirt. To take any BJJ, Submission Grappling or MMA classes please try to wear tight fitting clothes and pants that will cover your knees if possible. You don't need any equipment the first week, but if you have a mouth guard, boxing gloves or a martial arts uniform bring it with you to class.
